Episode Birth of the Cinema (1895 – 1970)

The episode was about the start of movie making where it, started how it, started who it and what happened to people who stared in them and who directed it. They talked about how editing came around and how the new shot types started to come in to the industry and how the movies we had today would not be the same with out them.

  

I learnt that most of the stuff to do with editing was a accident but they kept it as it made the movies look like magic were happening as people would just appear out of no where and the background would change like some one walking down some stairs but the scene would change and he would fall over as the stairs were no longer there and therefor causing him to trip.
