Proposal
A documentary lasting 3 minutes (approx.) in which we discuss
the life and emerging career of Synical. It will mostly consist of an
interview, in which the camera follows “Synical” around while on a dolly.
It will be observational, as it’ll just be interviews, or
text on screen to the viewer. It will be an infotainment as it will entertain
and inform.
Our target audience are people who listen to the Hip-Hop/Rap
genre of music, mainly conscious. Secondary audience would be people who hang around
with people who listen to that music.
Promotion of the “Synical” brand, along with learning about
the genre and the meaning of it and behind “Synical”. We hope to see an
increase of consumers of “Synicals” work.
We are hoping to film mostly around College due to travel
limiations, with maybe some shots in “Synicals” hometown.
Callum and Kieron, along with maybe some extras, such as
people who can help film or if we don’t use the clip-on mic we will need
someone to hold the boom mic. We also may need people to interview about
“Synical” and their opinion on Hip-Hop in general.
